Dill Pickle Hot Sauce
Hot & Spicy with a Dill Pickle Kick
Using a variety of hot peppers makes our hot sauces that much better! Our Dill Pickle Hot Sauce is comprised of our own garlic dill pickles, Jalapenos and Serranos along with onion and fresh dill weed. We ferment the peppers, onion and dill for 14 - 21 days in a salt brine. We then combine the solids with garlic dill pickles, some of the brine and white vinegar. It is finely ground and strained then pasturized at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and hot bottled for shelf stability. Enjoy this dill pickle hot sauce as a condiment on pretty much anything. It is unique and very tasty.
Ingredients: Jalapeno peppers and/or serrano peppers, dill pickles, water, white vinegar, garlic, dill weed, xanthan gum. Gluten & dairy free. Keep Refrigerated
Cayenne Hot Sauce
Cayenne Kick
Using a variety of hot peppers makes our hot sauces that much better! Our Cayenne Pepper Hot Sauce is a mix of red hot Cayenne peppers, garlic, white vinegar, lemon juice, paprika and a dash of salt. All ingredients are cooked until tender, smoothly ground and strained leaving just the good stuff! It is then pasturized at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and hot bottled for shelf stability. Enjoy this Cayenne hot sauce as a condiment on those foods you want to add a kick to. It is unique and very tasty.
